Penultimate/final year law student employment position – CBD Intellectual Property law firm
Xavier Kelly & Co seeks to appoint a penultimate/final year law student to commence part-time work with the firm. Xavier Kelly & Co is a boutique highly specialized law firm practicing in the Brisbane CBD. The firm’s specialty is intellectual property, in particular work involving trade marks, copyright, designs, confidential information, patents, the Trade Practices Act and passing off.

The successful applicant will be expected to have studied intellectual property law and most importantly feel passionate about this specific field. Furthermore, the successful applicant will be expected to complete the PLT course with the firm.
The position commences in March and will be on the basis of 1-2 days per week. Applications for this position will close on 8 March 2010.
